Good News!!, now is possible to cross from Puerto Williams from Ushuaia
“On 08 August 2009 was launched the first service of international maritime crossroads between Ushuaia and Puerto Williams.
The company Argentina Fernandez Campbell, with his Chilean counterpart, RFC Shipping firm took steps in the realization of a great longing that takes months of work.
The boat was Silvana Energy, which has capacity for 12 passengers and cruise around 28 knots with two engines Yamaha 250 horsepower each.
The Energy Silvana departed this morning (9:00 am) from the commercial dock in Ushuaia to Puerto Williams, where upon arrival (10:15 am) was received by the inhabitants of Puerto Williams and authorities Armada de Chile, Police Investigations, Customs and Agricultural System Ganadero. Minutes later the Energy Silvana departed back to the Port of Ushuaia with passengers.
While the service has already started, is in pilot phase until the end of September. Initially it will be weekly, but the trend indicates that it may be daily from November this year.”

My wife and I arrive in Ushuaia at 8am on 7th October 2009.
We want to fly from Puerto Williams to Punta Arenas on either 8th or 9th October.
Will you be having a boat going from Ushuaia to Puerto Williams on either day. We need to connect with the 11.30am DAP flight to Punta Arenas?(still to be booked)
If we are able to travel with you will you please make a booking for us and advise how much the trip is and we can pay.
Many thanks,
john
